Nice place. Superbly located. Good staff. Efficient and helpful. Good breakfast. Transport goes up to front entrance to load/unload luggage. Very near Tibetan kitchen and Mcloos Restaurant for lovely food. Market is 10 Mts away. Good shopping. Staff very cooperative. Have excellent massage arrangements.

There are two parts to my review. Firstly, the room was pretty awful. The hot water was intermittent. There were electrical cables hanging from the wall. There was plaster missing in big chunks. The bed sheets were dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. The room was never cleaned and I stayed five nights. all I can liken it to is a bad camping experience as there are no home comfort at all But but but , it also needs to be remembered that you are halfway up a mountain and the options are very limited. And I was paying £30 a night so I can’t really expect any more than what I got. I would have paid more to stay somewhere nice, but there just aren’t any places. apart from the Hilton in McLeod, Ganj and the Radison blu in Dharmsala, literally everywhere else is a small independent bed and breakfast and there are no luxuries. It really is like backpacking once again, but as I said you’re halfway up a mountain at the foot of the Himalayas, so you can’t expect much more

The rooms are very clean and very comfortable.and the staff was amazing they bend over and beyond to help make your stay enjoyable highly recommended this hotel for any one visiting downtown they were extremely accomodating and allow us to check in early at like 10 am we got to hotel super early and I didn't wan a wait so this was a big plus the service was exceptional well would definitely send a friend there.I had a wonderful experience at the roof top restraun the food was delicious 😋😋

Best hotel on the best location of McLeodganj. The staff was very friendly, specially Mr Dixit who helped us in all the ways. We would love to come again and stay in this hotel. Breakfast was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Everything is very nearby to this hotel. It is in the main centre of McLeodganj.
